Journaling Dates on Zoom

Journaling dates are one hour sessions to help you experience a more consistent journaling practice. Guided by my facilitation to ensure you feel safe and stable, the dates helps you “dip your toes” in the journaling pool. It is the most intimate thing we do in the group because you give yourself permission to go on dates with yourself and the creative projects you are birthing. Like real dates, they invite you to come with a spirit of romance, exploration, passion, and intention.

Do you want a brief but meaningful hour to return to your journal?

Join me on Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 11 – 12 (MT), for a 1 hour Zoom workshop to focus on the power of stories to help us learn, feel, and be enlightened. We will discuss a folk/fairytale about the power of weaving words and then write a story about a powerful word you use toward yourself.

To register for July’s date, make a “pay from the heart” gift below.

Would you like to join our free online journaling group that meets every first Friday of the month? Contact me for more details.

Journaling Workshops

Journaling workshops help the group come together with the goal of learning something new. They are 2 – 3 hour sessions that help us journal at length about topics that matter to us–cultivating quiet, relating in new ways to our workbench projects, and showing up for what is happening inside us too. Past workshop subjects have included: the body, writing about nature, food memories, and stress-busting our creativity dragons.

Next workshop:

Do you want to tell your story with the help of poetry stems? Do you enjoy the heroine or fairy tale structures?  Do you prefer the guidance, connection, and support of a journaling circle?

Join me on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 1 – 3:30 (MT), for an in-person workshop at my place in Albuquerque to try out a series of narrative poems from my card deck in process. The prompts will give us a framework to see the good actions of archetypal figures and inspire us to bring compassion and clarity to the heroine qualities of our own personal stories.

The workshop includes: intention setting, a preview of my card deck suite, reflective writing to synthesize insights/personal takeaways, and time to share.

The workshop is $55 suggested (with sliding scale options). Tea/coffee and light snacks served. Bring a first-time friend for free. To register for July’s workshop, make a “pay from the heart” gift below.

Please make “pay from the heart” gift so that you and others can continue to benefit from the power of journal writing. I encourage you to contribute what you’re able using the sliding scale. For those who are able, the suggested offering for a journaling date is $25, and the suggested offering for a journaling workshop is $55. Your gift helps support women on a healing journey and supports my efforts so this work can continue year after year.
